Acrylic (Plexiglas)
Up to 12mm thick, both clear and colored. Produces smooth, flame-polished edges.
Wood
- Softwoods (like pine): Up to 12mm.
- Hardwoods (like oak): Up to 9mm.
- Plywood/MDF: Up to 9–12mm depending on density.
Leather
Up to 5mm. Great for custom patches, wallets, and accessories
Cardboard & Paperboard
Clean cuts for packaging, models, or crafts.
Fabrics
Cotton, denim, felt, and synthetics—ideal for fashion or decor.
Rubber
Laser-safe rubber sheets for stamps or gaskets.
Certain Plastics
Like ABS, and PETG (up to 6–8mm), we would prefer to CNC do to toxic fumes.

Metals
A Fiber laser or at least 300W CO2 laser for thin metals.
PVC or Vinyl
Releases toxic chlorine gas—definitely a no-go.
